March 10 - April 30, 2025.       The experts evaluate the articles and notify the results of the peer review.
May 9, 2025. The last day of submitting the revised article
May 19, 2025.                            Announce the accepted articles (via the conference website)

          Graduate College of Management at Sripatum University is committed to promoting and supporting research in various disciplines, including business administration and economics, humanities, social sciences, and education, science and technology, as well as law, political science, and public administration. The college actively encourages both knowledge-generating research and research aimed at enhancing teaching and learning. To facilitate the dissemination of research findings, the college is hosting this regional academic conference as a platform for sharing knowledge with the public and fostering intellectual exchange among graduate students, scholars, researchers, and university students from both within and beyond Sripatum University.

         Since 2023, Sripatum University (Graduate College of  Management) has been a member of the Council of the Graduate Studies Administrators of Thailand (CGAT). As part of its commitment to academic excellence, the CGAT has designated Sripatum University as the host of the International and 59th National Graduate Research Conference (INGRC2025) & the 13th Regional Conference on Graduate Research (RCGR2025) under the theme "Innovation and Practice for a Sustainable Future" (Hybrid Conference).

          The INGRC2025 & RCGR2025 is a premier national and international academic conference that aims to encourage scholars, researchers, students, and professionals from both public and private sectors to generate innovative knowledge beneficial to society. The conference serves as a platform for presenting academic research, exchanging research experiences, and disseminating scholarly and creative works to the wider public. It also fosters research and academic collaboration networks, facilitating the development of ideas that can be translated into real-world applications to meet the needs of communities. Ultimately, this initiative contributes to improving the quality of life and societal well-being while providing researchers, academics, and enthusiasts with opportunities for academic exchange and knowledge sharing to drive national and global development forward.

1. To provide an opportunity for scholars and researchers to present their academic and research work, facilitating knowledge exchange and experience sharing. This will contribute to the advancement of academic and research development, enabling practical applications both in Thailand and internationally while keeping pace with globally recognized knowledge.

2. To create a platform for students and researchers to engage in academic discussions, exchange ideas, and gain experience in presenting and disseminating their academic work at a national level. This serves as a fundamental step in developing research knowledge that can be effectively applied for societal benefit.

3. To promote collaboration among scholars, researchers, and various public and private sector organizations, fostering Thailand’s progress and development.

Scope of work presented
The meeting considered “Research articles and Academic articles” in the following 3 fields:

1. Humanities and Social Sciences
2. Science and Technology
3. Faculty of Law, Political Science and Public Administration

The types of research articles considered include:

1. Knowledge research
2. Research for teaching development
3. Master's or Doctoral thesis
4. Independent study dissertation
5. Academic article
6. Undergraduate research project

Paper Preparation
The research and academic articles must have not been published previously. The length of an article must be between 8-10 pages in A4 size, and it should follow the conference’s format. As for the article templates, please see the following:

Procedure for submitting articles
To submit an article for consideration, please follow these steps:

1. Register online to attend the conference  <<คลิกที่นี่>>
2. Upload the article files .docx and .pdf.
3. Pay the operation fee
    3.1 Registration fee 
    (1) National Oral Presentation (Thai article) 
          - ONLINE registration fee 3,000 baht/article
          - ONSITE registration fee 3,500 baht/article
    (2) International Oral Presentation (English article)
          - ONLINE registration fee 3,000 baht/article
          - ONSITE registration fee 3,500 baht/article
    (3) In the case of attending the event (not presenting work)
          - ONLINE registration fee 1,000 baht/article
          - ONSITE registration fee 1,000 baht/article
    3.2 Payment methods
    After registration is complete, the system will check the status of the registrant and send a QR code to pay the registration fee via email.
    After payment is complete, the registrant fills in the information to issue a receipt. <<คลิก>>

**Remarks:**
1. After you complate the register. It will take about  1 day for verification, then you will recieve QR code for payment.
2. The organizing committee will not refund any money whatsoever and will publish the articles in the e-Proceedings only for presentations on the day of the event.
3. Please submit the research/academic articles of no more than 10 pages in A4 size according to the conference’s format only.
