Principle and Rationale

The Graduate College of Management, Sripatum University, has a policy to promote and support research, encompassing both knowledge creation and teaching and learning development. This applies across various disciplines, including Business Administration and Economics, Humanities, Social Sciences and Education, Science and Technology, and Law, Political Science, and Public Administration.

The Graduate College of Management is organizing this conference to provide a platform for disseminating research-derived knowledge to the public, as well as to facilitate the exchange of academic knowledge, ideas, and experiences among graduate students from Sripatum University, academics, researchers, and students from both within and outside the university.

The 14th National and International Conference on Graduate Research 2025 (NICGR2025) 
Theme: Empowering Futures: Graduate Research in the Age of AI and Sustainability.

This national and international academic conference aims to encourage academics, researchers, students, and the general public, from both public and private sectors, to create new knowledge that benefits society. It also serves as a crucial platform for presenting academic work and exchanging research experiences. The conference acts as a medium for disseminating research findings and creative works to the public, fostering a broader network of research and academic collaboration. Furthermore, it seeks to generate new ideas that can be further developed to truly meet community needs, ultimately leading to an improved quality of life for communities and society. This event provides an opportunity for researchers, academics, and interested individuals to exchange research experiences for the continued development of society and the nation.

OBJECTIVES

1. To provide an opportunity for academics and researchers to present their academic work and research, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experience. This aims to develop academic work and research that can be applied both domestically and internationally, keeping pace with globally recognized knowledge.

2. To offer students and researchers a chance to meet and exchange academic ideas, and to provide a national platform for practicing presentations and disseminating academic work. This will serve as a crucial foundation for research that develops knowledge applicable for practical benefits.

3. To promote collaboration among academics, researchers, and various organizations, both public and private, in further developing Thailand.

Presentation Methods: Hybrid Onsite & Online

1. Opening Ceremony: Held onsite at the Graduate Institute of Sport, Leisure and Hospitality Management, National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU).

2. Keynote Speeches: Delivered by distinguished keynote speakers.

3. Paper Presentations:

   • Online: Presentations will be delivered via Microsoft PowerPoint (using ZOOM). Each presentation is allotted 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session, totaling 20 minutes per paper.

   • Onsite: Presentations will be delivered via Microsoft PowerPoint. Each presentation is allotted 7 minutes, followed by a 3-5 minute Q&A session, totaling no more than 12 minutes per paper.

   • Onsite: Poster presentations will also be available.

Important Dates

• Call for Papers and Registration Payment: June 15 – October 12, 2025

• Submission of Academic and Research Articles: Submissions in MS Word format are accepted from the opening date until October 12, 2025.

• Notification of Research Paper Acceptance: By October 12, 2025 (notifications will be sent to the email address used for submission).

• Conference Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025

Procedures and Operations

• Announce the call for papers for conference selection.

• Select papers that align with the conference theme.

• Conduct academic quality checks by the academic committee selected by the network.

• Prepare conference proceedings in both document and CD-ROM formats.

• Organize the academic conference with presentations via lectures and/or posters.

• Arrange for special lectures by qualified speakers during the conference.

• Organize academic seminars on topics of interest during the conference.

Scope of work presented
The meeting considered “Research articles and Academic articles” in the following 3 fields:

1. Humanities and Social Sciences
2. Science and Technology
3. Faculty of Law, Political Science and Public Administration

The types of research articles considered include:

1. Knowledge research
2. Research for teaching development
3. Master's or Doctoral thesis
4. Independent study dissertation
5. Academic article
6. Undergraduate research project

Article Preparation

Research and academic articles submitted for presentation must be original works that have not been previously published elsewhere. All submissions must adhere to the research and academic article format specified by the committee.

Registration Fees for Oral Presentation (International - English Articles)

• For Students, Faculty, and Researchers from Sripatum University:

  • Online/Onsite Registration Fee: 100 USD or 3,500 THB

• For Students, Faculty, and Researchers from Other Institutions:

  • Online/Onsite Registration Fee: 150 USD or 5,000 THB

Participation Fee (No Presentation)

If you plan to attend the conference without presenting a paper (i.e., attending keynote speeches or specific paper presentations), the fee is:

• Online/Onsite Registration Fee: 30 USD or 1,000 THB
