The Graduate College of Management, Sripatum University, is committed to promoting and supporting research. This includes both research aimed at creating new knowledge and research focused on developing teaching and learning methodologies. These efforts encompass a wide range of disciplines, including Business Administration and Economics; Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education; Science and Technology; and Law, Political Science, and Public Administration. The college is organizing this regional academic conference to serve as a platform for disseminating research findings to the public. Additionally, it aims to facilitate the exchange of academic knowledge, ideas, and experiences among Sripatum University’s graduate students, academics, researchers, and students from both internal and external institutions.

As Sripatum University (Graduate College of Management) has been a member of the Council of Graduate Studies Administrators of Thailand (CGAT) from 2023 to the present (a 3-year term), the CGAT committee has officially appointed Sripatum University (Graduate College of Management) to host the 15th Regional Academic Conference.

This regional academic conference (NICGR2026) aims to encourage academics, researchers, students, and the general public from both the public and private sectors to create new knowledge that benefits society. Furthermore, it serves as a forum for presenting academic papers and exchanging research experiences. It acts as a medium for disseminating research and creative works to the public, thereby fostering a broader network of research and academic collaboration. The conference also seeks to inspire concepts that can build upon existing works to effectively meet community needs, ultimately leading to the enhancement of the quality of life within communities and society. It provides a valuable opportunity for researchers, academics, and interested individuals to share and learn from research experiences, driving the continuous development of society and the nation.

Objectives

• To provide an opportunity for academics and researchers to present their academic and research works, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences. This aims to develop academic and research endeavors that can be applied both within Thailand and internationally, while keeping pace with globally recognized bodies of knowledge.

• To offer students and researchers a venue to meet and exchange academic perspectives, as well as to provide a domestic platform for practicing presentations and disseminating academic works. This serves as a vital foundation for researching and developing knowledge that can be practically applied.

• To foster collaboration among academics, researchers, and various organizations from both the public and private sectors, contributing to the continued progress and development of Thailand.

Expected Outcomes

• Academics and researchers in Humanities and Social Sciences; Science and Technology; Business Administration and Economics; Law; Political Science; Public Administration; and other related fields will have the opportunity to participate in the conference to exchange knowledge, experiences, and research findings that are applicable both domestically and internationally.

• Knowledge in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences; Science and Technology; Business Administration and Economics; Law; Political Science; and Public Administration will be effectively disseminated and adapted to be widely understood for practical application.

• Collaboration will be established among academics, researchers, and various public and private organizations to drive business development in Thailand and abroad.

• Students will gain a domestic platform to practice their presentation skills and publish their academic works, providing them with a dedicated space to exchange knowledge, learn from practical experiences, and explore new research concepts.

Presentation Formats (Hybrid: Onsite & Online)

• Opening Ceremony: Held at Kunming Vocational University of Science and Technology.
• ​Special Lecture: Keynote address by a distinguished speaker.
• Presentation Types: Available in 2 formats:
  • ​Online​
    • Oral presentation using MS PowerPoint (via online platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom)​
    • ​Time allocation: 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A (Total: 20 minutes per paper).
  • Onsite
    • Oral presentation using MS PowerPoint.
    • Time allocation: 7 minutes for the presentation and 3-5 minutes for Q&A (Total: Not exceeding 12 minutes per paper).
    • ​Poster presentation.

• Call for Papers: Announcement and collection of articles for conference selection.

• Paper Selection: Screening of articles to ensure they align with the conference themes.

• Peer Review: Academic quality assessment conducted by an academic committee appointed by the network.

• Document Preparation: Formatting and compiling documents, digital files, and the official conference proceedings.

• Conference Execution: Hosting the academic conference featuring oral and/or poster presentations.

• Keynote Sessions: Organizing special lectures by distinguished experts during the conference.

• Academic Seminars: Organizing seminars on topics of current interest alongside the main conference events.

Types of Works Accepted for Consideration Include:

• Original Research (Knowledge-based research)

• Research for Teaching and Learning Development

• Master’s Theses or Doctoral Dissertations

• Independent Studies or Thematic Papers

• Academic Articles

• Undergraduate Research Projects

Paper Preparation

• The submitted research and academic articles must be original works that have not been previously published elsewhere. They must be formatted according to the research and academic article guidelines specified by the committee.

• Submit the academic and research articles in MS Word format.
   

1. National and International Oral Presentation (Articles in Thai and English)

• Online/Onsite Registration Fee for Sripatum University students, network organizations, and co-hosting network universities: 100 USD

• Online/Onsite Registration Fee for the general public: 150 USD

2. General Attendees (Non-presenters) (Participating to attend keynote speaker sessions or to listen to selected article presentations)

• Online/Onsite Registration Fee: 30 USD
